REFUND POLICY

At Duthink Technologies ("Placetime"), we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of the behavior analysis platform, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@placetime.org. Please include your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for your request.
All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If your request is approved, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for subscriptions that have already been partially used. We also do not offer refunds for any fees or charges that were incurred as a result of using the platform.
